Greetings in the name of Jesus,

I thank God for the recent overturn of a horrible law that prevailed for nearly 50 years. As a new believer in Christ just two years after this Legal slaughter of the yet to be born became law. I remember hearing or reading proverbs 6:16- 19 there’s six things the Lord hates, no seven haughtiness, lying ,murdering ,plotting evil, eagerness to do wrong,a false witness, and sowing discord among to Brothers..MURDER is on the list of what God hates.. .. this latest overturn of Roe v. Wade by the 9 in a 6 for and 3 against, is a great reason to rejoice.

This has now opened up the conversation of other bad laws such as the legalization of homosexuality and what that has released into our land. Rather than say, well these things are the law of the land,  and fold our hands and sit down ,we are to pray and say Lord your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.. this is a victory for those who hold to the biblical values in the holy Scriptures .it’s also not a time to relax and stand down..I can give you many examples in scripture of the need to fight the good fight in faith .

Our leaders who oppose this ruling are saying publicly “we are going to fight like hell to see this bad decision not impact how we run our state“. In other words if you want to kill your baby come to my state and we have companies who are willing to pay their employees expenses..we have other states who are already drafting laws to put doctors and nurses in prison if they perform the abortion.. the war is on we cannot ignore this one or sit this one out.

We as believers need to be more determined than hell itself Jesus says we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us .. if God be for us who can be against us..who will bring a charge against Gods elect. no weapon formed against me will prosper every tongue that rises up against me I do condemn. another translation put it this way,” you will have justice against every court room lie”.  just as the nation of Israel had wicked and God hating leaders who eventually became such a stench in the nostrils of God that he turned the entire nation of Israel over to their enemies to be punished. do not think the same thing could not happen to us here in these very much NOT United States. .. even so we are also a nation under siege with the same sort of thing.  The album by Bob Dylan In the late 70s “slow train coming” one of the lyrics went like this, “we have gangsters in power and lawbreakers making rules“. He then asked the question for the church , when are we going to wake up?

It took a prophet like Elijah and Kings like Josiah and Jehu. preachers like John the Baptist who prepared  the way for Jesus who conquered death hell and the grave and released  the power of the Holy Spirit to be given freely to all who humble themselves under his mighty hand and seek forgiveness of sins committed and except His offer a redemption..  the final battle of the ages is upon us.the light repels the darkness . so we need to walk in the light as he is in the light.the battle belongs to the Lord choose life and live says the Lord..I will ask the question.. The children who walk in the darkness and doing things because they are “WOKE” and are ready to burn the town down, can we as a church also we “WOKE “, from our sleep?

It’s time to take the Bible off the shelf, love the light that comes through the word of God rather than the light of our TV screen  or our phone screen.. God is ready to rumble and looking for soldiers to fight the good fight with Him. Let’s not sleep through this one like the disciples did in the garden of Gethsemane..
